Silk Twill Square Scarf with Khazars Symbols Prints in Champagne

Middle size square scarf made from soft and luxurious twill silk. Twist the scarf into a loose roll and drape it around your neck. Tie it up as a headscarf or shape it into a bandanna for a day at the beach. The scarf has a sophisticated hand-rolled three-dimensional trim around the edges. The traditional screen printing process creates bold bright colours with a unique lustre on both sides. 

Inspiration:

The design is inspired by a national bestseller, Dictionary of the Khazars: A Lexicon Novel, by Serbian writer Milorad Pavić, published in 1984. Pavić stated that the Khazars were a metaphor for a small people surviving in between great powers and great religions.
