Step 1 — Browse & Add to Cart

Shop by category or use the search bar to find what you need. Click Add to Cart on any product and continue browsing — your cart saves automatically.

Step 2 — Review & Adjust Your Cart

Use the + and − buttons to adjust quantities, or click the bin icon to remove an item. Always click "Update My Changes" after adjusting quantities before proceeding to checkout.

Step 3 — Checkout

We offer two checkout options:

Express Checkout

Skip the address form and pay instantly using:

  • Apple Pay — available in Safari. Uses your saved Apple Wallet card. Requires Touch ID or Face ID.
  • Google Pay — available in Chrome. Uses your saved Google account card.

Standard Checkout

Enter your billing address, postcode and shipping details manually. Your address is required first — our system uses it to calculate available shipping methods, including Local Pickup.

Step 4 — Select Shipping Method

After entering your address, choose from:

  • Australia Post / Courier — shipped to your door. Rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • Local Pickup (Moorabbin) — collect from our warehouse at 110–118 Cochranes Rd, Moorabbin VIC 3189. Shipping cost $0.00. See our Local Pickup guide for full instructions.

Step 5 — Payment Options

We accept the following secure payment methods:

  • PayPal — pay with your PayPal account or as a guest
  • Credit / Debit Card — Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • Afterpay — pay in 4 interest-free instalments
  • Apple Pay — Safari only
  • Google Pay — Chrome only

Step 6 — Order Confirmed

Once your order is placed, an invoice number is issued — save this for your records. You'll receive a confirmation email with your invoice number and tracking details. Quote your invoice number when contacting us about your order.

Step 7 — Track Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order anytime via the Track My Order link at the top of every page.
